  • 2007: Vincent Henderson purchased majority shares in fledging AMI Manchester, successfully retaining relationships with its cornerstone customers, Honda, CSP, Aisin and Chrysler.
  • 2008: AMI Manchester withstands the economic downturn resulting from the global economic crisis that put many in the automotive industry out of business.
  • 2009: Gallant Steel was founded to provide management services to its wholly owned subsidiary, AMI Manchester.
  • 2009: Gallant Steel and AMI Manchester became certified Minority Business Enterprises by the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council (MMSDC).
  • 2011: AMI Manchester severely impacted by the sudden halt in production of Honda vehicles in the U.S., as a result of the historic Japanese earthquake and tsunami.
  • 2012: AMI Manchester wins “Excellence in Value” award from Honda and is recognized as one of the top three suppliers in North America for quality, delivery and value.
  • 2012: Launched new customer relationship with Constellium, a large Tier One supplier, providing struts, brackets and crash boxes.
  • 2012: Added Iroquois, Tier One supplier, providing small to medium size stampings.
  • 2013: AMI Manchester receives, special tribute by State of Michigan Senate and House of Representatives, as one of the top suppliers in the state.
  • 2016: Initiated new customer relationship with Magna, a large Tier One supplier.
  • 2017: In January 2017, Vincent Henderson obtains 100% of the shares of Gallant Steel Corp and 100% ownership of AMI Manchester.
  • 2017: Purchased AMI Livonia from Webasto, in May 2017 acquiring well established customer relationships with Ford, GM, and FCA. Manufacturing capacity nearly doubled and new capabilities were obtained through this acquisition.
